Jeremy joined his father, David Kahler, as a third generation REALTOR® in 2005. Their 5 member team includes 2 full time REALTORS®, licensed client care coordinator, marketing coordinator, and home stager. They pride themselves in providing first class service whether you are buying or selling real estate. In 2011 they closed 118 transactions with Jeremy selling 48. His 2011 average days on the market for listings was 44 compared to the market average of 90. Jeremy holds the CNE (certified negotiation expert) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designations. They work hard to live up to their slogan “providing results, not excuses.”

Jeremy was born and raised in Rapid City, and he is married to his
wife of 6 years, Amanda. They love the outdoors and all the Black Hills has to offer including mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, camping and boating.
